YOU DO REMEMBER

by Setareh Ghanooni   Jul 22, 2005

You do remember
you do you do
when we passed by their house
you did remember
but you hid it from us
you talked about another lady
in that house
and you didn't talk about that man
and his sons.

we let things fly
and we puff them away
like a bug
we want to kill them
and some of them
get killed
but some
are stubborn
and they stick here and there.

some thoughts you can never get rid of.

some roads your feet never happen to touch.

some people you can never forget.
