Once upon a time, I lost myself in you. Tangled up in your hearts dark forest, nothing at all in view. Every time Id try to escape you'd pull me back to you.I felt like giving up, just wanted to give in. Then I started to think about the messages you were trying to send. You wanted me to be happy with you and nobody else. I felt so lost and terribly confused but I finally broke free and you found that you had to choose. Me or a brand new victim, to torture and abuse. You let me go at last, but to me it wasn't the same, I didn't feel I could go on without enduring all the pain. I guess it became a tolerance, now I'm missing you.
