WHO ARE YOU?

by Jø®jÃ¥   Jul 25, 2005

As I look in the mirror
She stares back at me,
The woman I know
But I will never see
She seems so familiar
Yet distant and strange,
For she is not what
I picture,
Or image I frame.
I know all the stories
Of her present and past,
I know how she’s feeling
When she’s happy and sad,
I know what she’s doing,
If she’s angry or mad.
The thing that is strangest
‘Bout this girl that I see,
The strangest thing is
That this young girl is me.
