I saw you here this morning
And I didn’t want to cry
But again I just broke down
And I couldn’t tell you why

I wish I could move on
I really wish I could
But I just can’t let you go
Like I really know I should

I wish I could come up to you
And tell you just what’s wrong
Because with you by my side
I know I can be strong

But nothing I can say
Will get you on my side
Because even if I try
I feel the need to hide

I always thought you loved me
But now I just don’t know
But one things that I do know
Is that this pain I cannot show

I just can’t let you see
The endless pain you’ve caused
And as long as you are gone
My life will be on pause..
