I want you to be happy
I want you to be glad
I'm sorry, I can't help it
But, I miss what we had

I know you've moved on
And, I'm trying too
But, when you said, "I love you!"
What the hell am I supposed to do?

Just let it go?
Not say one word back?

But, I can't let that hold me back!

Do those three words
Have no meaning anymore?
When I said it back,
Was I just ignored?

You cheated on me
You even lied
When I asked about her
All questions and answers were denied

Not knowing why
How can I regain the trust?
