I am contributing this poem on be half of my best friend Charlotte. she wrote this poem for me.
MY EMMY FRIEND.
last night i was thinking
i was thinking of a friend
and i need that friend
to the very end.
i need to tell her to look,
to look for a rainbow in every storm,
the sun when shes in darkness,
a blanket when shes cold
and the stars when shes alone.
but most of all i want her to know,
I'm there when she falls
and I'm there when she calls.
I'm in her heart
she doesn't know it yet but I've been there from the very start,
and let me tell you this,we are never going to part!
shes my destiny,future and fate.
i love her forever and always.
so now she knows,
not to worry because I'm her friend,
and I'm going to be there for her until the very end.
