A simple I love you

The first time that I saw you, when I looked into your eyes.
The moment that I did, I wished that you were mine.

There was just something about you, the way you made me feel.
I finally felt Id met someone, who could help my deep wounds heal.

I was scared to get attached,
I no longer wanted to cry.
But when you gave me that first gentle kiss, I knew Id never have to say good bye.

You helped me break out of a depression, one I thought would never seize.
I probably wouldn't be here now, if you hadn't came and rescued me.

You don't know how you helped, but you did, you gave me wings.
You taught me how to fly again, and cherish many new things.

Words cannot say thanks enough, for making me someone new.
So all that I can give, is a heart felt I love you!
