So much cruelty to one another.
Insults exchanged in fits of rage.
So demeaning for any age.
Are we to pick at one another?
Allowing jealousy to be our brother?
For what can we gain from such destructive behavior?
All in vain and all for naught.
Has this been all that we have been taught?
Into the mindless chasm we all sink...
