Part II of 'Unfinished Story'

by Olivia   Jul 27, 2005

The next day, she couldn't get up, not knowing she can't call him, and tell him the dreams she had that night, and then listen to his dreams. 'Whats wrong with me?' She thought to herself, 'Why can't he just love me for who I am, and stop trying to change me into something else?' She lays there almost motionless in her bed, as a single tear drips down her cheek, and on to her pillow. With a startaling ring from the telephone, she gets up a little, and looks at the caller I.D, in hopes it will be him, and sees it is just for her mother. At that point in time, she realizes, he is never going to call, she will never get to come home from her friends house, and see he has called, and with that, she looks at the rose on her night stand that he had just given her the day before they broke up, and saw that it was already dead, with that, she picks it up, and throws it at the ground, staring at it, there, dead on the ground, she starts to cry her eyes out. She lay there on her bed, not able to cry anymore, because of lose of tears, and looks at her hands, which are bloody from the thorns of the rose, and closes her eyes, and puts them to her heart, and falls back asleep.
