Amid my Anti-Reason

by Elizabeth Ann   Jul 27, 2005

~Ode to mine eternity
****************************
I have no secrets…save for where I’ve fallen elsewhere and there is far, wherein I’m rivaled though I’m blameless.
Unknowing in my act has misery tamed, and I stare as long as she will covet…
Our reason forfeits alone this craving, long for which it sores and so we’ve wandered…
Born of Gods’ and thus forbidden, and now I’m faced for what I’ve slain.
My deliverance best rests with thee, and not toward the primacy I bow.

As she and so will I be named at long last for mine eternity.
Forever now as one is my name and so shall thee
Become as everlasting…
