You were always there for me,
So why did it have to end?
We were always together,
We were the best of friends.
We promised friends forever,
No matter what happened or why!
But we didn\'t keep the promise and,
Now all I can do is cry.
I know that you miss me,
And I know that I miss you,
But it seems that no matter how hard we try,
There is nothing we can do.
The gap between us has grown to far,
Maybe its because we are both be older
Or maybe just more mature
But cant we both see our friendship is so much colder.
Do you recall when,
During recess we would put on plays,
Or maybe chase the guys,
Do you remember the good old days?
But those days are long gone,
Missed but never forgotten.
I just cant figure out,
How we let our friendship become so rotten.
When we first started to change.
It there was nothing to fear.
We thought that no matter what,
