How do you get so high that you don't come back down,
how do you get so low that you're underneath the ground,
and still, and still be alive,

How do you manage to be in such a situation,
how can there be such a painful salvation,
I don't really understand it, but I know it's true,
I don't know how to explain it to you,
but I know how it feels, and I know that it's real,
I know that it heals, but it feels like it could kill,
does anyone know how things could get this way,
does anyone know exactly what to say,
