As the sun slowly sets,
I know soon I’ll be seeing you,
The thought remains in my mind,
Of the day you walked out of my life,
The day we thought was the final goodbye,
I tried and tried,
But still my love hung around
The spell you cast,
I can’t seem to put in the past,
Your love is the spell I never wanted to lose,
I wish I had that feeling once again,
But I know tonight I’ll see you soon
I never told you how much I truly did care,
How much I really did love you,
You left that night,
And you went far, far away,
Tonight I know I’ll see you
Because tonight I take this twenty-two,
I hold it tight and pull it slow,
Tonight I let my blood flow,
Baby I’m sorry but I really need to be in your arms,
I need you in my sight,
So my baby I’ll see my one true love tonight.
