Dimness Parasite

by masked_senses   Jul 28, 2005

It lives deep into night
Away from sun shine
Prefers black more than white
It helps decency pine

It looks like a worm
Concealed in your head
Remaining a storm
To arouse from its bed

It slides in your brain
Feeding with rage
Needs to cause pain
Light is its only cage

If you ever release it
You will discover its worth
Again you can’t freeze it
You’ll only see forth

You’ll be able to punish
Whoever is threat
You’ll be gifted to banish
With gloom you’ll be deft

Connected with you
With it you’ll be tight
Stuck with hard glue
The Dimness Parasite...
