My heart is breaking

I feel it aching
My heart is breaking
And I don't know why
I just wanna break down and cry
I feel anxious and tired
Sad and a little wired
Actually i don't know how I feel
But the pain in side me is so real
Sometimes i just want to end it all
I can't stand it and longer
I'm gonna fall
But i have to live life day to day
And hope that someday I'll be okay
No sense faking
I feel it aching
My heart is breaking

    Great poem. I like how the first two lines are the last two lines, that really made the poem for me! However, i think that it is possible to get over a broken heart. New people will be met, and it will all be worthwhile in the end.
