Murder Case

by Saliva t i o n x   Jul 29, 2005

Painted grey with skies of blue.
I'll stay all night and wait for you.
Broke my frail heart in two.
Coming back? I have not a clue.

We've all made a huge mistake.
You've the biggest anyone could make.
Keep my soul, I'm yours to take.
Morning and night I stay awake.

Invitations and kisses galore.
Broken and blind you ask for more.
With every word my heart will soar.
But now I'm tainted to the core.

Chimes ringing in the night.
I kiss your scars and savor your fright.
You cough blood at the sight.
The FBI investigate the grim site.

The night before, a murder case.
You were gone without a trace.
I want to keep your perfect face.
Now in dark and smaller space.

Remember the memories we shared?
Can't believe the lives i spared.
I just wanted to say, I truly cared.

*I couldn't think of anything that rhymed at the end... so I just ended it. Comments and votes appriciated.*
