You never really loved me.
It was all just a big lie.
You tore my heart in half,
And left me here to die.

You wanted to know how I felt about you,
So what I told you was true.
After that I felt so relieved.
But you still haven't got a clue.

You said some really nice things about me,
That make me feel real great.
I thought for sure you'd ask me out.
I've been waiting so long for that one special date.

I've waisted all my time,
Just thinking about you.
And waiting to hear those three words,
I honestly thought you would do.

But they were right, and I was wrong.
It was never meant for us to be together.
But I was willing to take that chance and know,
That it would never be forever.

I've had all these emotions caught up in to one,
For a long period of time.
You use to be so nice and fun,
But now you've just crossed the line.
