First time second time

There's a difference between depression the first time and the second time. the first time you worry your way through it wondering when it will end or if you'll be here tomorrow and knowing if you are the cuts will get deeper... the second time you laugh your way through it because you know you'll still be here tomorrow and it's not going to end anytime soon and you know that cutting's not worth it because it only caused more problems for you..
