My Friends (I wrote this for graduation)

Through the days and through the years,
we've made some smiles and cried some tears,
the times were good, and sometimes bad,
you've all been happy, and you've all been sad,
but now our road has found an end,
and even though it's over, I'll always be your friend,
so in times of doubt, just count on the memories we share,
when no one else is around, remember that I'll always care,
we've waded through the thick, and we've treaded on the thin,
but now our time is up, we'll never be here again,
I hope that you didn't let it all just pass you by,
and though it seems hard, please try not to cry,
our time together may have come to an end,
but I hope that you'll remember, that I'm always your friend,
now smile, as we recall the good times we've had,
please don't cry, we'll just leave out the bad,
but now is the time, this is where our journey here ends,
yet always remember that all of you are my friends...
