Waiting for me

People around me
are talk loudly.
I hear you calling my name
Running after me

I want to stop so you could hold me
I want to look at your handsome face
But my body keeps going
Not listening to my thoughts

I want to believe its not true
All the things they say

Tears are falling down my face
I cant control it no matter how hard I try
The tears just keep on coming

My feet still pounding against the ground
My heart is racing
My thoughts tangled in my head

I don’t know what to believe
Your voice is fading
Now far away…your slowing down
Not keeping the pace

I don’t know where I am going
I don’t even know where I am
So I just keep running

I find my self at a park
The swings are calling my name
I sit down resting for the first time
All I can think about is you

I just want you to be right there with me
Holding me like you always do
Kissing my forehead and loving me
But then I remember what you did and how bad it hurts

I love you so much…
But I don’t know if I can handle this
We will have to see
Its your turn to wait for me
