Why You?

by Becca   Jul 30, 2005

You are thrown into a wall,
You are hit across the head,
A nail board makes you bleed,
Why do you tell me that it's alright,
That I'm not supposed to worry,
But every time I hear this happens to you,
I can't help but cry,
Or at least have tears in my eyes,
I'm not supposed to tell anyone,
But I told at least two people,
How am I supposed to keep such a pin a secret?,
I love you to death,
And it hurts deep inside to know that this really happens,
To the greatest man in my life,
The one that I am deeply in love with,
It makes me question why it has to happen,
Your parents don't look like the type that would do that,
It just proves that looks are deceiving,
Do me a favor,
Never tell me again,
That I'm not supposed to worry,
And not to cry,
You never knew what the violence could lead to,
Hell you could even die,
So tell me tell someone,
I need help,
So that I won't cry anymore,
I love you...
