Broken Heart

by Iyla   Jul 31, 2005

She sits in her corner
And hides her face
Hiding in the shadows
She feels like a disgrace

Locked up in depression
Nothing will be the same
The only thing she has
Is a heart filled with pain

No one loves her and never will
So she sits in her room
Knowing that her end
will come very soon

her skin pale as a ghost
and cold as ice
blood runs from her wrist
and tears fall from her eyes

voices in her head
calling her name
telling her if she joins them
they’ll take away her pain

echoing whispers,
flowing threw her hair
death’s whisper breathing on her neck
the demon suicide is near

pulling her closer
pressure rises in her chest
her eyes flutter
her breaths grow less

sitting in the shadows
she’s falling apart
dieing slowly
from her broken heart
