Lighthouse

by Lydie   Jul 31, 2005

A walk along the beach,
Rain drips onto the sand,
She stops at a lighthouse,
Old and bland,

She enters, takes a few steps,
Cobwebs sticking to her hair,
Trying not to make a sound,
Taking particular care,

Bang goes the gun,
Bright light ahead,
Job here is done,
No more steps forward.

Whoa, the ending was unexpected. Ouch. 5/5.
