All your lies

by AzNWiNgZ   Jul 31, 2005

You think you can lie to me,
Treat me like all the same.
But I tell you one thing boy,
Life ain't nothing but a game.

You thought I wouldn't notice,
All the things you have done.
Well I guess you were wrong babe,
Cause I ain't going be the foolish one.

All you ever told me were lies,
Every single thing you said.
You told me everything would be ok but,
All you did was break my heart instead.

You never considered my feelings,
And made me begin to fear.
When you just stood in front of me,
Not saying the words I wanted to hear.

I felt like crying in front of you,
Hoping to be held in your arms.
But I knew this was too good to be true.
And I refused to fall for your charm.

I'm not going to be played as a fool,
Act weak and helpless because of you.
I'm going to stand up on my own,
Not letting myself be subdued.

I'm going to be strong without you,
And not fall for your filthy lies.
You'll see me stand up and walk away,
Never letting you see the tears I cry.
