My Pain

Look into my eyes
And tell me what you see
If you look close enough
You'll see the pain that's consumed me.

Use to be so beautiful
But now feel lonely inside
I use to stand tall
And feel nothing but pride.

The white wings have turned black
The halo doesn't shine
My soul is screaming on the inside
I don't belong in line.

The only time I feel comfort
Is when I cause myself pain
And every-time I try to be myself
I just feel so lame.

I torture I must bare
And the pain I'll always feel
Try to accept me for who I am
And not for what you want me to be.
