I Love You (You Just Dont Know It)

by David   Aug 1, 2005

Because of love my heart my mind my soul is split into pieces
It seems ironic how such a thing as "love" is the cause of these afflictions
Did I miss the part where it says turn here for happy ending?
Everytime those three little words leave my mouth disaster strikes
Whether "I love you" or "I love you too" happiness never lasts past hearing it
True it is better to love and to have lost then never to have loved at all
But it hurts like hell burns the flesh and the soul to the core
And I find myself laying on the floor helpless to my own wants and needs
So why is it so hard to not avoid love completely and if we do fall in love train ourselves
Train ourselves to be prepared for it to fail
Thats cause love doesnt play fair
Blinding you with the bright light of happiness only to reach deep into you and rip out everything that feels inside you
I love you.
