When your feeling down
When your feeling weak
You've got to find that inner strength
To get back to your peak

You feel you cant
As lifes being a b****
But it can get better
It's nothing but a hitch

You may be in the gutter
You may have nothing
But determination is all it takes
And you could have something

Stop feeling sorry for yourself
And stop all the crying
Your right no one can help you
Except you! I'm not lying

Your life is what you make of it
It can be turned around
So make that change now
Pick yourself up, from the ground
