Helpless

I think I'm beyond help,
this pain needs to be dealt.
I remember taken that fatal step,
the sensation of the rope tightening around my neck,
I felt so heavy, I was a wreck.
I took one last look at the world,
as my eyes closed and my body went cold,
i felt instant relief, knowing I'd
never face another issue,
The best feeling, I'd ever felt.
