Coldest of hearts

by Lonely Heart .ღ.   Aug 2, 2005

To figure out the games he plays
Would take the mind of a genius
To learn to forgive a man like him
Would take the heart of a saint
To ignore the looks he gives
Would take the eyes of a blind man
To escape from the things he does
Would take the skill of a magician
To overpower the force he uses
Would take the strength of a giant
To understand the way he feels
Would take the coldest of hearts
To learn to stop loving him
Would be impossible

Amazing job. i really liked this poem alot because no matter what he does to you or whatever. You'll never be able to let him go. That's like me and my boyfriend i love that kid so much and no matter what he does wrong i will always love him and never want to let him go but anyway this is also sad poem. Anyway keep it up. keep on writing. love always and forever.

Very good. I personally think this should be on your featured. I enjoyed this very much. I liked how you repeated "To" and "Would" at the beginning of a line. The ending was great, a strong ending as well. Well done with this one.
