We're tomarrow

by morgan   Aug 3, 2005

We may be the kids of tomorrow,
but what about today?
we're supposed to be the future,
then why can't we have our say?

we're taught to be respectful,
and also polite,
but let me tell you,
I'm not going down with out a fight.

we're taught to stand up straight and say in line,
we're taught our parent's beliefs,
we dress the way we want,
then are accused if being thieves.

sometimes we're innocent, sometimes not,
our thoughts may be different from theirs,
but we're just kids,
no body cares...

Strong write, we're the generation future and most likely will be the ones who have to pay the consequences for the wars that were lead by our fathers.
Read some of my work, please.

    Keep it up :-)
    Lots of love
