There was a little boy who was always annoyed, his dad told him every time he got annoyed he should hammer a nail into thier fence!
he did, he started at 30 nails a day, but it steadily decreased to none over the weeks!
he took out the nails an showed he dad! his dad said "well done but look at wot u have done 2 the fence, no matter how many times u say sorry the holes will neva go away! its the same with people, think before u get annoyed because it will hurt every1, but most of all yourself!!!"
