Regrets

I said goodbye, when I meant to say see you soon.
I held your hand, when I wanted to hug you.
I smiled when I wanted to kiss you.
I walked away when I should have turned back.
I'm back now, I'll never walk away. Please just tell me you feel the same way. Never leave my side.

    This is really really sweet. I think that you could make it a little better though. You have the rhyming pattern down, I just think that you could enrich the text a little, make it longer or something...
