My~Love~For~You

by ~Darkest~Angel~   Aug 3, 2005

My love is like an ocean, huge and never ending.
It's like a flower in the breeze, that is never bending.
The sun is not as bright, nor is it as big.
My love will never snap or break, like a fragile twig.
The moon is not far enough, for me to measure distance,
My love goes beyond that, past all that is existant.

You may compare it to rose just after it has bloomed,
but my love will never fade and wilt, it will never meet such doom.

I will not live forever, but i know my love is strong,
it will linger and touch you, long after I'm gone.

All my love is yours, i can give it all to you,
You only have to speak the words "Baby I Love You Too"

Lovely stanza. Actually, lovely poem in general. I wrote my first proper love poem a while ago, and I must say, it is NOTHING compared to this. Wish I had a shred of your talent.
    Totally radical. Keep scribblin! ^-^
    Peace, love and empathy.
