Broken promise

A promise I made to myself has been broken
My old blade is again fresh red
Another few scars to my collection
Another stain from where they bled
Another rough patch of my life
i wonder will i make it through
Ten tears for each time I laugh
And seven tears for a smile too
Another lot of confusion for my head
Another lot of pain for my arm
Another bump in the road for my life path
That bump is a hill of self harm
Another lot of never caring
Another lot of people that turn away
Another fake smile like the rest
Another question of are you ok?
