Life?

by Steven Beesley   Aug 4, 2005

Such manic haunting past
A flood of tormenting memories
Ever resentful of hostilities
Mournful regrets more then just a few

Astounding neglect, need time to reflect
Feelings so bashed, thoughts killed en masse
Mind not in tune, too cruel, too soon
Insanity in situ, further the ridicule

My soul you have raped
For time to dictate
Such numb and senseless a state
For what be your fate?

With these poisoned eyes
See society, so full of lies
The future foretold
Will be the end of us all
