I will always remember the day back then
It was the day that I found out that you were living within

Growing each day, just off of mommy’s strength
Love for you will always surpass the greatest lengths

I would strive for the love of someone so great
Then I was given September 6th as your due date

I would count the days till you were to arrive
And that became the day that I truly felt alive

Holding you ever so tight, never wanting to let go
Now know that a mother’s love only continues to grow

Whether you are good or bad, ever happy or sad
Your presence has filled the void that at one point I had

You are my son, as I am your mother
No problems that you might have, will ever be a bother
