Forbidden Love

by Wasted Fake Smiles   Aug 6, 2005

Crying all day,
Crying all night.
This ain't no fun,
It's just not right!

They're trying to take us apart,
It's just not fair,
All they can do is judge,
Him by his looks and hair.

Can't they see that I love him?
Can't they see they're wrong?
I hate all of this,
I've loved him so long.

I miss Jesse,
I should see him today.
But I am forbidden,
For many a day.

So I'll sit here and cry,
Pretend that I'm dead.
Maybe tomorrow, when I wake,
This'll all be a dream made by my sleepy head.

*writen out of the love in my heart..*

that was my favorite part, i think the rhyming of this poem was simple but i dunno i just really liked it i think it flowed well and surprisingly i've never read a poem about this topic, which is weird now that i think about it because this is a common situation, weird, anyways amazing job, love new things, 5/5
