My Imaginary World

by PassingAngel   Aug 6, 2005

I'm sitting here alone
In my imaginary world
Watching everyone staring at me
These made up faces staring into my eyes
The room is dark
There is no sound
Only the faces of my made up crowd
Their eyes glow in the darkness
I move to the corner and their eyes follow
Still watching me and waiting
For something that will never be
I close my eyes and more faces appear
Unknown faces made up in my mind
I sit here in my little corner
And I write this
Reading this will waste your time, yes.
But writing this wasted more of my time
What nonsense are you writing you might ask,
Nonsense from my head
I will answer.
Do not question the strange.
The strange cannot be answered.
Read my strange ideas
Read my strange thoughts
But be careful,
By the eyes you will be caught.

Weird poem, but I really liked it. My favorite part was "Do not question the strange.
    The strange cannot be answered."
*Well if you have time please comment on some of mine.*
