Our first kiss

Before we met I never knew
The meaning of true bliss
But that all changed as our lips met
The night of our first kiss

Electricity flowed from you to I
A beat my heart did skip
The walls of stone that I had built
I felt begin to slip

I didn’t know before that night
One kiss could change so much
My heart, my soul belong to you
All from one simple touch

Both of us have failed before
To find a love that’s true
Since our lips met that starry night
I know I’m the one for you

You thought I could forget the kiss
That changed my life forever
It’s memory and my love for you
Will end one day past never

The Earth shall pass, the sun go dark
Our world will go away
But my love for you and your sweet lips
Shall last forever and a day
