Foresaken

by Fallen Angel   Aug 6, 2005

Forsaken me,
death to be.
I run from light, and run to dark
This forsaken life I live,
condemned to live in the shadows
of my own fears.
Oh, forsaken me, the
light is never to be seen,
and only hide in
it's darkened cave.
I seek redemption but it
isn't there, for I have already
been found, for I am forsaken.
Forsaken me,
death to be.
I run to death, and run from life.
This forsaken life I live,
will never give-in, its choose
its path, chosen to be taken.
Oh, death to be, to look upon
closed eyes and yet still see
my world flash through
my dead mind.
I want to be forgiven, but no-one
will forgive the unforgiving,
for I am Forsaken...
Forsaken me,
death to be.
I run from light, and run to dark.
I run to death, and run from life.
I run from me, and run to you.
For I am Forsaken...
