For me the impact of a great poem means the impact of the last line and this one was just great. My favorite is when you said:

"This intense and lasting feeling
That each time feels new
Comes when our hearts are strongest
And when we share an "I Love You"

It is so true and very wise. Keep writing! You have great talent!
