This World I'm In

In this waking moment, another thought goes through,
and I'm wondering when I will see you,
it's been quite a while, and things just keep getting worse,
this depression's out of style, maybe I should try a hearse,
because this pain seems to be more than I can bare,
it hurts so much, because you don't seem to care,
so maybe I should try it, pick up a knife,
go ahead and try it, end my own life,
maybe I should buy a gun, and blow out my brains,
put a bullet in my head and end all of these pains,
or maybe I should hold on, and hope to see you again,
yet it's so hard to wake up in this world that I am in...
