My Dog

My dog has brown eyes,
golden fur and
floppy ears.

My dog follows me
where ever i go.
My dog waits for me
when i lag behind.
My dog whines when I'm not around
she wags her tail, when i am.
She licks my toes
makes me giggle.
My dog sits, stays and rolls
when i tell her to.
She comes running when i call.

And my dog
sleeps at the end of my bed.
she cuddles me
keeps me warm.
She sunbathes with me
We both turn brown.
My dog runs by my side.
She leaps with me too.
And every night
waits patiently, as i dish out her
food.

I look into my dogs brown eyes
And she looks into mine.
And i know she will love me unconditionally
without any reason at all
She'll never yell at me
I know she will loyal
and never hit or hurt.

Just like she knows i will too.
