Burn the Vows

by eternitySOlong   Aug 9, 2005

*This is dedicated to my parents*

Crushing words and blood stopping screams
Pinch my veins and shatter my dreams
A dead marraige and rotting wedding rings
Twist the halos and rip at an angel's wings
More tears than a river and more fights than ever
Kill the laughs to none and leave no more lives to sever
All the damn calls and threats at the other end
Puts salt in the wounds and makes the bridge of yours' bend
Keep the marraige no one ever wanted alive
Kill your heart and keep your lungs deprived
Don't worry about the whys and hows
Just let the flowers wilt, and burn the vows
