Wanting An Endless Sleep

by morbid_tears   Aug 9, 2005

She's sitting alone in the dark
Her family rarely acknowledges her
She has never slit her wrists before
But now she's thinking about it but she's not so sure

Her dreams slowly faded
Throughout the many years of her life
But only today has she thought of cutting herself
Using only a steak knife

She only thought of this
Because she felt unloved by anyone
She felt her family didn't care
So she wanted her life to be over and done

She was tired of crying herself to sleep
So one night she wrote her family a suicide note
And instead of cutting her wrists
She took that steak knife and slit her throat.
