Self Esteem

Help me reach that bottle
The one marked 'Self Esteem'
Its high upon that shelf
And i can't seem to reach

Once upon a time
I held it in my hands
But it moved up higher and higher
As people moved in and out

Now it sits just out of reach
Gathering dust day by day
The label is barely readable
And i don't know the expiry date

You said you'll get it down for me
So i can keep it close
But will you move it up like the rest?
Then turn around and go
