Beginning and end

Upon what day
Upon what night
Will I ever Feel alright?
When I look outside
and see streetlights,
Cars, and buildings
It makes me think
Of what the world is coming to
I've concluded
that the world as we know it
is coming to an end
A person once told me
Everything that has a beginning
Has an end
