Paper Airplane

by Kaye   Aug 10, 2005

I made a paper airplane
And sent it along your way
Inside lies a secret message for you
And for you alone
Read it in private
Under secrecy and silence
Don't breathe a word
'Cuz I'm trusting you with my very being
This secret message of mine
Is my entire soul bared and written down
This isn't a little test of trust
It's the real deal
So real in fact that I would be broken
Broken to pieces if you let slip this secret of mine
So unfold this paper airplane
If you're sure you can handle the burden
If you aren't,
Then send it back my way
So that I may light it up in flames
So that my secret is kept safe
That it remains mine and mine alone
Until the day you are ready for the whole truth of me

Then send it back my way
So that I may light it up in flames
So that my secret is kept safe
