No Consciousness

by Maegan   Aug 11, 2005

I would love it if time would quit flying by, I would be able to see you more through your hollow eyes.

As I begin to
fall asleep, I pray that your heart stays open, for me to keep.

Drifting further and further into my dreams, I feel you take my hand,
along with the lead. Through the darkness we run faster and faster, and it is warm but turns cold there-after.

One moment is shared before
reality comes back, then I begin to fade as consciousness starts to
attack. I lose my breath and feel my heart in pain, and after this I'll
never be the same.

I open my eyes to greet the cruel world and I am
held together by the moment when I was so sure.

But that one feeling
will stay with me forever until we share it again... tonight and
together.
