Lost Friendship

Sitting here watching memories fade
the good and bad times we made
i see the old days when we were friends
and now imagining it happening again
i see it all so clear like a dream i'm still in
hoping that this is still where it begins
but thats not how life works
we part and this is how the pain should hurt

i miss ever second when we were together
happy and young, nothing else seems better
i cried last night thinking i won't ever see you
now the hard times in life, alone is how i'll go through

everyday hoping to hear from you
just a little letter would be good enough too
its just another ending relationship
i miss you more than ever
and i'm still thinking of the memories we shared together
